Civil Service Commission

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. 
2. Present were Chairman Jim Potter, Sharon Wiorek, Brad Evans, and Marie Kreif.  Steve Yttri of the Water Utility was also present for item #4.
3. B. Evans made a motion to approve the minutes of September 19.  S. Wiorek seconded the motion.  All aye; motion passed.
4. The Commission entered executive session at 5:05 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to review applications for Utility Custodian.
5. The Commission reconvened into open session at 5:40 and took the following action:
• Of the 20 applicants that applied for the Utility Custodian position, all will be invited to interview with the Civil Service Commission.  Interview dates are yet to be established.
6. S. Wiorek made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 p.m.  J. Potter seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
