Thursday, June 23, 2005, 5:15 P.M.
1. This meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. Present were Jim Potter, Andrea Drosen, John Przybyla, Brad Evans, JoAnn Stencel, and Pam Bauer.
2. Przybyla, seconded by Evans, moved to approve the minutes of the 2/15/05, 4/18/05 and 4/20/05 meetings. All voted aye; motion carried.
3. Commission members met with JoAnn Stencel of the Police Department and reviewed the proposed timeline for recruitment of dispatcher. A more accurate timetable will be submitted as specific dates and test schedules are developed. The consensus of the committee was to proceed with the recruitment process.
Evans, seconded by Przybyla, moved to adjourn this meeting at 5:38 p.m. All voted aye; motion carried.
