Wednesday, April 20, 2005, 5:30 p.m.
1. This meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Present were Jim Potter, Sharon Wiorek, and John Przybyla.
2. Wiorek, seconded by Potter, moved to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) at 5:30 p.m., to interview candidates for the position of Reference Librarian. All voted aye; motion carried.
3. Przybyla, seconded by Wiorek, moved to reconvene into Open Session at 7:28 p.m. All voted aye; motion carried. Potter, seconded by Przybyla, moved to forward the top three candidates to the City Librarian.
Wiorek, seconded by Przybyla, moved to adjourn this meeting at 7:30 p.m.
