a. Approval of the 2005 Mosquito Control Plan. Motion by S. Schneider, seconded by Dr. D’Amico.
b. Reappointment of Dr. D’Amico as Medical Advisor from 7-1-05 through 6-30-07. Motion by S. Schneider, seconded by J. DeVita.
c. No action taken on Resolution to encourage the raising of the state cigarette tax.
d. Discussion of LRB-0963/4, a bill regarding the state exempting taverns from Smoke-Free ordinances.
e. Discussion of Memorandum of Understanding for providing nursing services to private schools. Deferred until more information was obtained from other local communities.
