Ald. Grabowski, seconded by Ald. Foeckler, moved to grant a Class “B” Beer license to Wild Fire Burgers, 9535 S. 13th St., with issuance subject to receipt of an occupancy permit. All voted aye; motion carried.
3. John Ozolins was present for the discussion on renewal landfill applications filed by:
Herman and Elizabeth Kopplin, 6931 S. Howell Ave.
C. W. Purpero, Inc., 813 W. College Ave.
Apple Tower Development, Inc., 8400, 8380 and 8432 S. 27th St. and 8351 S. 20th St.
There has been little or no activity on the Purpero and Kopplin sites, respectively. The Apple Tower site had clean fill on site, some of which came from City projects. Access to the site is well maintained and all necessary erosion control devices are in place. Ozolins recommended renewal of all three licenses for 2005. Ald. Foeckler, seconded by Ald. Grabowski, moved to grant renewal licenses to Herman and Elizabeth Kopplin, C. W. Purpero, and Apple Tower Development. All voted aye; motion carried.
4. Wayne St. John and Ed Ciechanowski were present for the discussion on the renewal mobile home park license application submitted by Fifth Avenue Development Group, LLC, for the Fifth Avenue Mobile Home Park, 8481 S. 5th Ave. Ed Ciechanowski explained that the Inspection Department received a complaint from the new owner of the property to the south of the mobile home park. The new owner had a survey completed and found that three to four trailers (not including the structural portion) encroached on to the south property, at most by approximately 5 feet. The mobile home park owner does not want to move the trailers until they are permanently removed. The new owner and the owner of the mobile home park came to a written agreement to lease that portion of the land on which the trailers encroach. The property owner is satisfied with the outcome. However, the adjacent land is zoned Rs-4 and not zoned for mobile home parks. Based on a recommendation made by Wayne St. John, Ald. Foeckler, seconded by Ald. Grabowski, moved to renew the mobile home park license for Fifth Avenue Mobile Home Park, 8481 S. 5th Ave., for 2005, with the condition that either the trailers are moved or the mobile home park owners get appropriate zoning for the leased portion of the land no later than 12/31/05. All voted aye; motion carried.
5. Ald. Foeckler, seconded by Ald. Grabowski, moved to grant Operator’s licenses to the following:

Dorothy Ann Prasalowicz, 10011 S. Nicholson Rd. (Jazzbro’s)
All voted aye; motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:50 a.m.
