MINUTES - BOARD OF HEALTH

March 4, 2005 @ 9:00 A.M.
City of Oak Creek City Hall – Common Council Chambers

There was not a quorum of the Board of Health members at this meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was the mandated State review of the health department and the board of health. Those in attendance included:

• Janet Hansen, Health Department Secretary
• Jacqueline Kowalski, Immunization Program – SE Regional Office
• Vicki Stauffer, Tobacco Control – Madison
• Robert Harris, SE Regional Office Director
• Sandra Poehlman, Nutritionist – SE Regional Office
• Meg Taylor, Community Health & Prevention – Madison
• William Wucherer, Health Officer – Franklin
• Sue Shepeard, Health Officer – Greendale
• Debra Persak, Health Officer – Hales Corners
• Judi Price, Health Officer – Caledonia/Mt. Pleasant
• Donna Schmidt, Public Health Nurse
• Sally Schleicher, Public Health Nurse
• Patty Glatch, Public Health Nurse

Robert Harris led the discussion, utilizing the 140 Review Tool. The Community Public Health Administrator, Board of Health Chair, and staff prepared the required documentation and answered questions from the committee. The Committee will prepare a written report on their findings and forward the report to the Board Chair in about one month.
