Mayor Bolender called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. On roll call, the following aldermen were present: Ald. Kopplin, Ald. Foeckler, Ald. Lampe, Ald. Toman, and Ald. Grabowski. Also present was Director of Community Development Douglas Seymour and City Clerk Beverly Buretta. Ald. Jonas was excused.
1. Ald. Lampe, seconded by Ald. Grabowski, moved to authorize an amendment to the contract with Virchow Krause & Co., LLP, for City Administrator recruitment services not to exceed $6,000.00. On roll call, the vote was as follows: Ald. Kopplin, aye; Ald. Foeckler, aye; Ald. Lampe, aye; Ald. Toman, aye; and Ald. Grabowski, aye.
2. Ald. Grabowski, seconded by Ald. Foeckler, moved to adopt Resolution No. 10584-120805, a resolution in support of a proposal to develop lands within the southwest part of Oak Creek in accordance with the adopted Comprehensive Plan. On roll call, the vote was as follows: Ald. Kopplin, aye; Ald. Foeckler, aye; Ald. Lampe, aye; Ald. Toman, aye; and Ald. Grabowski, aye.
Ald. Grabowski, seconded by Ald. Lampe, moved to adjourn this meeting at 6:40 p.m. All voted aye; motion carried.
