Municipal Court Room-Oak Creek Police Station

1) Members in Attendance

George Artka, Tom Rosandich, Michael Helgeson, Cliff Nelson, Mike Lampe, David Schneider and Henry Jackson were present. Alderman Steve Jonas was excused.

2) Review of Minutes

Motion by Tom Rosandich and seconded by Cliff Nelson to approve the minutes of October 12, 2005. Motion passed.

3) Old Business

A. Request for stop signs on S. Shepard Avenue at the intersection of E. Bridlewood Lane to create a 4-way stop

Discussion occurred between members of the Committee and citizens in the Shepard Avenue and Bridlewood Lane area on the merits of making the intersection a four-way stop. Pedestrian count information was presented which, along with previous traffic counts, did not warrant stop signs.

Motion by Mike Helgeson and seconded by Dave Schneider to make Shepard Avenue and Bridlewood Lane a four-way stop for a trial period of six months. Motion passed.

Motion by Mike Helgeson and seconded by Dave Schneider to adjourn. Motion passed.
