Library Board Meeting of January 11, 2005

Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by President Dennis Havey on Tuesday, January 11, at 4:45 p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were: Madeline Koenen, Sara Larsen, Karen Siarkiewicz, Pat Toman, City Librarian Ross M. Talis, Assistant City Librarian Sue Kaczmarek, Children's/Young Adult Librarian Karen Doro, Library Public Services Aides Laurel Johnson and Teresa Grabowski. Paula Cseri and Mike Toman were excused.

Approve Minutes: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, Seconded by Madeline Koenen to approve the minutes of December 14, 2004. On Roll Call all voted Aye except Pat Toman who abstained, as she was not at the meeting.

Approve December Bills: Motion was made by Pat Toman Seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz to approve the December bills in the amount of $8,581.21. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Approve January Bills: Motion was made by Madeline Koenen, seconded by Pat Toman to approve the January bills in the amount of $53,623.15. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Approve The Updated Assistant City Librarian Job Description: Motion was made by Sara Larsen, seconded by Madeline Koenen to approve the updated Assistant City Librarian Job Description. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Approve The Updated Reference Librarian Job Description: Motion was made by Sara Larsen, Seconded by Madeline Koenen to approve the updated Reference Librarian job description. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Adjournment: Motion was made by Madeline Koenen, seconded by Sara Larsen to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 p.m. On Roll Call all voted Aye
