MINUTES - BOARD OF HEALTH

City of Oak Creek City Hall – solarium

1. Call to order – by J. Alles.
   Present: J. Alles, D. Schier, M. Zabkowicz, R. Zapp, S. Schneider, Dr. D’Amico, Ald. Koehler
   Excused: J. DeVita
   Guest: S. Wojcinski
2. Formulate and adopt Board of Health response to the Public Health Restructuring Report of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services – ideas for letter as a response to the state restructuring were discussed.  The CPHA is to draft the letter and share it with board members for additional input before sending it. The letter will then be sent to Helene Nelson, the Governor, Oak Creek’s Mayor, and Oak Creek’s elected officials in state government.
3. Adjournment – The meeting adjourned at 5:15 PM.
