Library Board Meting of September 14, 2004

Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by President Dennis Havey on Tuesday, September 14, at 4:45p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were: Pat Toman, Karen Siarkiewicz, Madeline Koenen and Paula Cseri. Mike Toman was excused.

Approve Minutes: Motion was made by Paula Cseri, seconded by Pat Toman to approve the minutes of August 10, 2004 with the correction that the resignation of Shelia Spellman be changed to appointment. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Approve Bills: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, seconded by Pat

Toman to approve the August bills in the amount of $11,626.89. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Appointment of Gurpreet Dulai: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz,

seconded by Pat Toman to approve the appointment of Gurpreet Dulai, Library Page. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Approve updated Children's/Young Adult Librarian job description: Motion was made by Madeline Koenen, seconded by Paula Cseri to approve the updated Children's/Young Adult Librarian job description. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Approve updated Library Pubic Services Aides job description: Motion was made by Pat Toman, seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz to approve the updated Library Public Services Aides job description. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Resignation of Shelia Spellman: Motion was made by Pat Toman, seconded by Paula Cseri to approve the resignation of Shelia Spellman, Library Public Services Aide. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Adjournment: Motion was made by Paula Cseri, seconded by Madeline Koenen to adjourn the meeting at 5:25p.m. On Roll Call all voted Aye.
