Personnel Committee Meeting Minutes

Thursday, December 4, 2003

The meeting was called to order at 10:05 a.m.  Committee member present was:  Ann Lampe.  Also present was Dick Bolender, Bob Kufrin, Bev Buretta, RoseAnn Underberg, Pam Bauer and Marie Pellett.

Item 2.  Discuss transitional issues and duty assignments related to the City Administrator position vacancy.

The group discussed the budget responsibilities, personnel responsibilities, the We Energies issues, and outstanding issues with Mayor/Council, staff and constituents.  No committee action was taken.

The meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
