8:30 a.m.
Marge Kanar called the meeting to order. The following members were present at roll call: Jim Ruetz, Jim Iwinski, Marie Myszkowski, Dennis Stefanik, Marge Kanar and Alderman Grabowski. Also present were Doug Seymour, and Mayor Bolender. Alderman Koehler was absent.
Alderman Grabowski motioned to approve the minutes of September 3, 2003 meeting. Marie Myszkowski second. Minutes approved.
Item 3 Development of a mission statement for the CDA
No mission statement was decided upon. The objective for the next meeting will be to develop a mission statement.
Item 4 Development of an action plan for the CDA in 2004
No action plan was established for 2004
Item 5 Discussion on information to be provided on CDA website
The mayor indicated that he has directed the website to be revamped. He also indicated that he has a company working on a DVD for the City.
Item 6 Discussion on current and future economic development issues
There was no discussion on current and future economic development issues
The issue of Alderman Koehler’s absence to CDA meetings was brought up, some of the members questioned the mayor as to what was being done about replacing him.
Alderman Grabowski motioned for adjournment. Dennis Stefanik second. Meeting ended at 10:00 am.
