The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Committee members present were Alderman Lampe and Alderman Kopplin. Also present was Robert Kufrin, Wayne St. John, RoseAnn Underberg and Marie Pellett.
Item 2. Review and consider approval of minutes
Alderman Lampe, seconded by Alderman Kopplin made the motion to appove the minutes of September 11, 2003. All aye; motion carried.
Item 3. Review and consider tuition reimbursement requests
No minutes were approved.
Item 4. Discuss current vacancies, staffing needs for 2004 and various personnel issues
The committee was informed of the Secretary/Bookkeeper’s retirement from the Library and the suggested change in job title and job description.
Item 5. The Committee went into Executive Session at approximately 6:40 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) and (e) for:
