Personnel Committee Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, July 16, 2003

The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. 

Item 1.  Roll Call

Committee members present were Alderman Kopplin and Alderman Lampe.  Also present was Robert Kufrin.

Item 2.  Alderman Kopplin, seconded by Alderman, made a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) and (e) at  5:15 p.m.

  1. Discussion on performance review upon the completion of probationary period for Community Development Director

Item 3.  The Committee reconvened into Open Session at approximately 5:45 p.m. and took the following actions:

  1. Alderman Lampe recommended removal from probationary status and a salary of $67,689 as of July 1, 2003.  Alderman Kopplin seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.

Alderman Kopplin, seconded by Alderman, made a motion to go back into into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) and (e) at  5:56 p.m. for:

  1. Discussion on paramedic staffing levels

The Committee reconvened into Open Session at approximately 6:25 p.m. and took the following actions:

  1. No action was taken.

Alderman Lampe, seconded by Alderman Kopplin, moved to adjourn at 6:25 p.m..  All aye; motion carried.
