MINUTES – BOARD OF HEALTH

April 10, 2003 at 6:45 PM
COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN MEETING

1. Welcome and introductions.
2. George Krudop from the Oak Creek Fire Department presented information on seat belt use, infant car seats and smoke detectors.
3. Attendees split into workgroups for Nutrition, Physical Activity/ Exercise and Youth Awareness. Each workgroup completed the plans begun at the previous meeting.
4. Presentations were made of each workgroup’s efforts to the group as a whole. 
5. It was determined that further meetings were not necessary. The plans will be finalized for presentation to the Board of Health and the Common Council.
