Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board
was called to order by Dennis Havey on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at 4:45 p.m. at
the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were: Sara Larsen, Edna
Mordja, Karen Siarkiewicz, Assistant City Librarian Jonathan Bloy, Children’s/Young
Adult Librarian Rebecca Raleigh and Secretary/Bookkeeper Sharon Armstrong.
Approve Minutes: Motion was made by Sara Larsen, seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz, to approve the minutes of March 11, 2003. On Roll Call all voted Aye, except Mordja who abstained, as she was absent.
Approve Bills: Motion was made by Edna Mordja, seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz, to approve the bills in the amount of $13,769.20. On Roll Call all voted Aye.
Approve Temporary Appointment: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, seconded by Edna Mordja, to approve the temporary appointment of Rose Januchowski, Public Services Aide I. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Adjournment: Dennis Havey declared the meeting adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
