The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. Committee members present were Alderman Kopplin, Alderman Lampe and Alderman Bolender. Also present was Robert Kufrin.

Item 2. The Committee entered Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) and (e) for:
a. Negotiations with Fire union on impact of changes in paramedic operations
b. Discuss exchange of contracts with Local 133
Item 3. The Committee reconvened into Open Session and took the following actions:
a. Took no action.
b. Took no action.
Item 4. Consider modification to the Fire Department Drug Testing Policy
Alderman Kopplin made a motion to approve the modification. Alderman Lampe seconded. All aye; motion carried.
