The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. Committee members present were Alderman Kopplin, Alderman Lampe and Alderman Bolender. Also present was Robert Kufrin, Tom Bauer, Jerry Hammernik, and Wayne St. John.

Item 2. Review and consider approval of minutes (Jan. 24, Jan. 28)
Alderman Kopplin moved to approve the minutes of January 24 and January 28, 2003. Alderman Bolender seconded the motion. All aye; motion carried.
Item 3. Alderman Kopplin, seconded by Alderman, made a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) and (e) at 9:35 a.m.
a. Negotiations with Fire union on impact of changes in paramedic operations
b. Discussion on Police grievances
c. Consider probationary increase for Street Supervisor
Item 4. The Committee reconvened into Open Session and took the following actions:
a. Took no action.
b. Took no action.
c. Approved recommended salary.
Item 5. Discuss exchange of contracts with Local 133
No action taken.
Item 6. Discuss correction to Ordinance 2236 for Building Commissioner and change to other salary ordinances
Change/correction approved; it will appear on the next Council agenda.
Item 7. Consider modification to the Fire Department Drug Testing Policy
No action taken.
Item 8. Presentation by Wellness Team on 2002 activities and proposed 2003 program
Alderman Lampe, seconded by Alderman Bolender, made a motion to approve the 6-month pilot Health Nut Rewards program with an incentive cap of $15,000. On vote: Alderman Bolender aye, Alderman Lampe aye, Alderman Kopplin no. Motion carried. The program will be presented for approval at the March 18th Council meeting.
