Library Board Meeting of February 11, 2003

Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by Dennis Havey on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at 4:45 p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were: Paula Cseri, Edna Mordja, Larry Prochnow, Karen Siarkiewicz, City Librarian Ross M. Talis, Assistant City Librarian Jonathan Bloy and Secretary/Bookkeeper Sharon Armstrong.

Approve Minutes: Motion was made by Paula Cseri, seconded by Larry Prochnow, to approve the minutes of January 14, 2003. On Roll Call all voted Aye, except Mordja who abstained as she was absent.

Approve Bills: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, seconded by Edna Mordja, to approve the 2002 bills in the amount of $3,727.48 and the 2003 bills in the amount of $3,516.67. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Fee Card Cost: Motion was made by Paula Cseri, seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz, to set the fee card cost at $55.00 per year effective March 1, 2003. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Purchase Software: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, seconded by Larry Prochnow, to purchase the computer access software at an approximate cost of $6,600. On Roll call all voted Aye.

Adjournment: Dennis Havey declared the meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
