Library Board Meeting of September 11, 2002
Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by Evelyn Elmer on Tuesday, August 13, 2002 at 4:45 p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Elmer were: Paula Cseri, Dennis Havey, Sara Larsen, Lawrence Prochnow, Karen Siarkiewicz, City Librarian Ross M. Talis and Secretary/Bookkeeper Sharon Armstrong.
Approve Minutes:
Motion was made by Paula Cseri, seconded by Dennis Havey, to approve the minutes of August 13, 2002. On Roll Call all voted Aye.
Approve Bills:
Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, seconded by Lawrence Prochnow, to approve the bills in the amount of $4,538.13. On Roll Call all voted Aye.
2003 Budget: Motion was made by Dennis Havey, seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz, to approve the 2003 budget as presented in the amount of $622,680.00. On Roll Call all voted Aye.
Adjournment: Evelyn Elmer declared the meeting adjourned at 5:12 p.m.
