2002 BOARD OF REVIEW
THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2002
1. ROLL CALL:
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM. Present were:
Patricia McCleary Groth, Wayne Killian, and Caroline Kobb. Frank Haybeck arrived at 5:15 PM. Board members Evans, Lewison and Sutschek were excused.
Also present were: Martin Kuehn, City Assessor; Sandra DeFord, Assessment Technician; and Beverly A. Buretta, City Clerk.
2. BOARD OF REVIEW HEARINGS
The Board then began the scheduled hearing as follows:

At the conclusion of the hearing, at approximately 6:25 PM, it was moved by W. Killian, seconded by F. Haybeck, that the 2002 Board of Review has sufficiently reviewed the 2002 Assessment Roll to consider it complete. On roll call, all voted aye.
It was further moved by W. Killian, seconded by F. Haybeck, to accept the 2002 Assessment Roll as received from the Assessor by the Board of Review. On roll call, all voted aye.
It was further moved by W. Killian, seconded by F. Haybeck, to final adjourn the 2002 Board of Review upon completion and mailing of all final determination notices. On roll call, all voted aye. The meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM.
