Library Board Meeting of May 14, 2002

Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by Evelyn Elmer on Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at 4:45 p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Elmer were: Paula Cseri, Dennis Havey, Karen Siarkiewicz, City Librarian Ross M. Talis and Secretary/Bookkeeper Sharon Armstrong.

Approve Minutes: Motion was made by Paula Cseri, seconded by Dennis Havey, to approve the minutes of April 9, 2002. On Roll Call all voted Aye, except Elmer who abstained, as she was absent.

Approve Bills: Motion was made by Dennis Havey, seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz, to approve the bills in the amount of $9,764.84. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

2001 Annual Report: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, seconded by Dennis Havey, to approve the 2001 Annual Report as printed. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Revised Emergency Procedures: Motion was made by Dennis Havey, seconded by Paula Cseri, to approve the revised emergency procedures as presented. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Nominating Committee: Evelyn Elmer appointed Karen Siarkiewicz, Paula Cseri and Dennis Havey to the Nominating Committee. They will present a slate of officers at the June meeting.

Adjournment: Evelyn Elmer declared the meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
