Civil Service Commission

Monday, April 15, 2002

1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. 
2. Present were Brad Evans, John Przybyla, Sharon Wiorek, and Marie Pellett.
3. The Commission entered Executive Session at 6:15 p.m. to:
   1. Interview candidates for Clerk-Matron/Clerk of Courts
   2. Review and discuss correspondence received
4. The Commission reconvened into open session at 8:25 p.m.
   1. Of the 14 applicants interviewed on April 10 and April 15 (17 were invited; 3 didn’t show), 6 were passed on to the Police Department for further consideration based on their test scores and interviews.
   2. The Commission reviewed correspondence received from Margaret Cortez.  The Commission decided not to respond.
5. Evans, seconded by Wiorek made a motion to adjourn at 8:30 p.m.  All aye; motion carried.
