Library Board Meeting of April 9, 2002

Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by Dennis Havey on Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 4:45 p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were: Paula Cseri, Edna Mordja, Karen Siarkiewicz, John Voorhees, City Librarian Ross M. Talis and Secretary/Bookkeeper Sharon Armstrong.

Approve Minutes: Motion was made by John Voorhees, seconded by Karen Siarkiewicz, to approve the minutes of March 12, 2002. On Roll Call all voted Aye, except Cseri who abstained, as she was absent.

Approve Bills: Motion was made by Edna Mordja, seconded by Paula Cseri, to approve the bills in the amount of $12,127.32. On Roll Call all voted Aye.

Trustee Manuals: Current trustee manuals were distributed to all board members.

Adjournment: Motion was made by Karen Siarkiewicz, seconded by Enda Mordja, to adjourn the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
