1. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2166, approving an amendment to the Official Map in the SW ¼ of Section 10 (Korean Church of Milwaukee) (1st District) (held 12/4/01).

 

2. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10060-011502, approving an amendment to the Oak Leaf Estates subdivision development agreement, eliminating the requirement for sidewalk installation (Project No. 95062) (6th District) (referred to staff 12/18/01).

3. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $569,551.33 (by Committee of the Whole).

5. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report.

 

Community Development

 

6. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize the execution of a subordination agreement with Ozaukee Bank for the home improvement loan with Simon and Rosemary Krizan at 9834 S. Nicholson Rd. (5th District).

 

7. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10059-011502, approving the certified survey map submitted by Ted and Jill O’Leske for the property at 9080 S. Shepard Ave., with the condition that it not be recorded until a grading plan is approved (3rd District).

 

8. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10062-011502, approving the final plat for Armann Heights subdivision, with the condition that letters of no objection are received from Milwaukee County and the Department of Administration prior to recording and that all outstanding invoices are paid prior to recording (6th District).

 

9. Motion: Consider a motion to consider the sale of two City-owned properties at 1800 E. Drexel Ave. and 2651 E. Ryan Rd. (1st and 3rd Districts).

 

10. Motion: Consider a motion to consider the acquisition of the properties at 250 W. Drexel Ave., 1120 E. Oakwood Rd. and 9000 S. Pennsylvania Ave. under the City’s Resource Protection Program (1st, 5th, and 3rd Districts).

 

Parks and Recreation

 

11. Motion: Consider a motion to take the following action relating to Camelot Park:

a. Authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to pursue development of a long-term land lease agreement with Milwaukee County; and

b. Adopt Resolution No. 10061-011502, a resolution of authorization to proceed with development of Camelot Park facilities in the Chapel Hills Neighborhood, and authorizing the Director of Public Works to approve final plans and specifications upon their completion (Project No. 00033) (1st District).

Fire

 

12. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project No. 99009, Fire Station No. 3, as listed on the attached summary report (by Committee of the Whole).

 

Engineering

 

13. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10058-011502, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Reesman’s Excavating & Grading for Project No. 00111 (installation of water main and appurtenances in S. Clement Ave.) (1st District).

 

14. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize a payment of $8,225.00 to Earth Tech for their work under the City’s general engineering services contract (by Committee of the Whole).

 

15. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payment for Project Nos. 00046 and 00047 (Creekside Corporate Park – TIF District No. 6) (6th District).

 

16. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project Nos. 01033 and 01100 as listed on the attached summary report (1st, 2nd and 3rd Districts).

 

Miscellaneous

 

17. Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session at the conclusion of the Common Council meeting pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes to discuss the following:

a. Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the counteroffer for the purchase of property at 10001 S. Pennsylvania Ave. under the City’s Environmental Corridor Acquisition Program;

b. Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the sale of a City-owned landfill at 1800 E. Drexel Ave.; and

c. Section 19.85(1)(g) to discuss a potential lawsuit against the State of Wisconsin regarding the shared revenue utility payments.

18. Motion: Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.

 

19. Motion: Consider a motion to take action, if required.

 

20. Request: Consider the request of Mr. Keane Kehoe for a waiver of sprinkler requirements for the property at 513 W. College Ave. (1st District).

 

21. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10063-011502, declaration of official intent (by Committee of the Whole).

 

22. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10064-011502, designating officials authorized to declare official intent under reimbursement bond regulations (by Committee of the Whole).

 

23. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10065-011502, commendation to George U. Kling, Sr., retiring Street Division Supervisor (by Committee of the Whole).
