AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2486,

RENAMING THE POSITION OF FINANCE MANAGER TO FINANCE DIRECTOR AND AMENDING THE SALARY RANGE AND CURRENT SALARY

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 2486 is hereby amended as follows:

Position Title	Current Salary of Former Finance Manager	Salary of Finance Director as of 5/1/08	Starting Salary	Top Salary
Finance Director	$68,771	$76,107	$76,107	$84,531

SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication and shall apply as of 5/1/08.
