AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17.0315(c) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING LIMOUSINE SERVICES WITH OUTDOOR STORAGE OF VEHICLES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE B-4, HIGHWAY BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: Section 17.0315(c) of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(c) Conditional Uses:

(8) Limousine services with outdoor storage of vehicles, provided they are parked a minimum of 50 feet from any public right of way.

SECTION 7: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 8: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
