VARIOUS
SEGMENTS

WHEREAS, in the
judgment of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek, it is deemed to be
expedient and necessary and in the best interest of the City and the property
affected thereby that the City proceed with the projects as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has approved preliminary plans and
specifications for said improvements.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
1.
That
the aforementioned improvements be installed.
2.
That
payment for said improvements shall be made from funds in the “Unspecified New
Segment Sidewalk” control account and CIP funds reserved in the 2008 budget.
3.
That the City Engineer is hereby authorized
to approve final plans and specifications upon their completion.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids for said improvements and that she shall
advertise for such bids in the official newspaper, the Western Builder and the
Daily Reporter.
