Recommendation: The License Committee is scheduled to meet immediately prior to the 3/4/08 Council meeting. Tentative recommendations are being made as follows:

1. Grant a Class A Combination license, with issuance subject to receipt of an occupancy permit:

Dhillon & Gill Spirits, LLC, Amandip Singh, Agent, 9000 S. 27^th St. (a strip mall to be constructed south of the Arizona Grille)

2. Grant a renewal mobile home park license:

Fifth Avenue Development Group, LLC, for Sunrise Shores, 8481 S. 5^th Ave., with conditions as approved by the Council on 7/5/06

3. Approve the following salesperson for EMS (selling AT & T products and services), subject to receipt of police record check:

Deepak Kothoor Reddy, 7311 W. Marine Dr., Milwaukee

4. Grant an Operator’s license:

Michelle Lorraine Valenti, 215 Southtowne Dr., South Milwaukee (Applebee’s)

Jaime M. Jansen, 510 Montana, South Milwaukee (Jazzbro’s)

John A. Bodovinac, 10401 S. Ashley Ln. (Legion Post 434)

5. Grant the request for a change in premises description on their Class B Beer and Class C Wine licenses:

MATC South Campus, Rich Busalacchi, Agent, for a change in the premises description to include the ECAM building which contains seminar and conference facilities.
