RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

FOR WOODMAN’s food market, inc.

8131 S. Howell Avenue

(2nd Aldermanic District)

WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by Woodman’s Food Market, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the subdividers, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and

WHEREAS, the subdividers have complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this certified survey map be approved;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
