RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR ArON & SANDY WARNER
9200 S. 15th Avenue
(4th Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by ARON & SANDY WARNER hereinafter referred to as the subdividers, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdividers have complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this certified survey map be approved; and
WHEREAS, the public improvements have been installed pursuant to a development agreement approved by Resolution No. 10726-020607 and amended by Resolution No. 10786-090407, and those improvements have been certified complete by the City Engineer, the Streets Department and the Water and Sewer Utility; and
WHEREAS, the subdividers have entered into a future improvements agreement with the City of Oak Creek by Resolution No. 10727-020607;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved, and the dedication of public right or way accepted, by the Common Council.
