Recommendation:  The License Committee did not meet prior to the 9/18/07 Council meeting.  Recommendations are being made as follows:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            Adam J. Weil, N68 W13199 Ranch Rd., Menomonee Falls (Aldi)

            Kaylee Kattner, 9172 S. 8^th Ave.

2.         Grant the request to sell cable services through D & E Cable:

            John Ehleiter, 11400 W. Forest Home Ave., Franklin

3.         Grant the request for change of agent on their Class A Combination license, subject to receipt of police record check;

            Aldi Store #01, 6810 S. 27^th St., from Scott Thomas to Keven Higgins, 302 E. Pine Hollow Ln.
