Recommendation:  Hold action on allocation of the non-public service project CDBG funding as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole) (held 6/19/07 and 7/ 17/07)

 

Background:  At their last meeting the Common Council held off on allocating the non- public service portion of its anticipated 2008 CDBG funds.  The Council was seeking additional information on the annual maintenance costs associated with a Reverse 911 phone system.

 

Staff from the Information Technology department has been trying to secure this information, but to date has been unable to get an answer.  More information may be available prior to the Council meeting. The recommendation at this time is to hold the item.
