Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve Ordinance No. 2467, amending Section 2 of Ordinance 2441 establishing the salary for the Community Public Health Officer.

Background:  Ms. Judith Price began employment with the City of Oak Creek on August 28, 2006.  She has successfully completed a one-year probationary period per her employment agreement. 

Fiscal Impact:  Funds for the salary adjustment are within the 2007 budget for the Department of Public Health.
