Recommendation:  That the Common Council consider a motion to authorize the transfer of the remaining balance from the Southbranch Industrial Park road reconstruction project (Project No. 04003) to the W. Drexel Avenue project (Project No. 06010).

Background:  The Southbranch Industrial Park road reconstruction project is constructed and all accounts have been paid.  The remaining balance would be used to cover the non-TIF eligible portions of the W. Drexel Avenue reconstruction project. 

Fiscal Impact:  There is currently about $664,558.23 of funding remaining in the W. Drexel Avenue project for the remainder of design.  The remaining balance of $1,002,443.43 from Southbranch Industrial Park would be used to cover non-TIF eligible portions, including construction cost, environmental protection and real estate.
