Recommendation:  The License Committee did not meet prior to the 8/21/07 Council meeting.  Recommendations are being made as follows:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            Donald J. Rodriguez, 3412 S. Alabama Ave. Milwaukee (Pick n Save)

            Heather Marie Duchesneau, 6663 Whitnall Edge Rd. Franklin (Pick n Save)

            Tania Schaefer, 10050 S. Austin St., Oak Creek (Pick n Save)

2.         Grant a Temporary Class “B” Beer and Class “C” Wine license with a waiver of fees:

            Oak Creek Lions Club, Inc., 9327 S. Shepard Ave., from 8/31/07 through 9/3/07

3.         Grant the request to solicit sales for D & E Cable:

            Jesse Berlik, 6237 S. 13^th St., Milwaukee
