AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17.0501(b) AND REPEAL SECTION 17.0501(b)(7) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE PERMITS FOR ALL ACCESSORY BUILDINGS

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: Section 17.0501(b) of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Accessory structures such as detached garages, gazebos, garden or utility sheds require the issuance of a building permit, and shall be subject to the following regulations:

SECTION 2:    Section 17.0501(b)(7) of the Municipal Code is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
