AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17.0332(f)(2) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING MINIMUM FRONT SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL NON-RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IN THE SOUTH 27TH STREET MIXED USE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERLAY DISTRICT

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: Section 17.0332(f)(2) of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

There shall be a minimum setback of twenty-five (25) feet from the right-of-way of all streets for principal non-residential structures.

SECTION 2:    All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 6:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
