NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider an amendment to Section 17.0332 (f)(2) of the City of Oak Creek Zoning Ordinance as it relates to front yard setbacks for non-residential buildings in the NO, S. 27^th Street Mixed Use Neighborhood Overlay Zoning District.

Proposal:

The proposed amendment would change the front yard setback for non-residential structures in the NO, S. 27^th Street Mixed Use Neighborhood Overlay Zoning District from a maximum of five (5) feet as currently written to a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet.  The five (5) foot maximum setback was inserted into the original ordinance in error.
