City of Oak Creek
Common Council Report
Meeting Date: August 21, 2007
Item No.:
Recommendation: That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10785-082107, adopting an amendment to the Oak Creek Sanitary Sewer Service Area.
Background: On June 19th of this year the Council approved a motion formally requesting SEWRPC to update their mapping of environmental corridors in the city. The second phase would remap all environmental corridors in the City based on the most recent information, including the revised floodplain boundaries.
The document before you this evening, and the subject of the public hearing, is the remapping associated with the Vanselow and Verhalen properties. Additional information concerning the proposed amendment is contained in the attached draft of the Amendment to the Regional Water Quality Management Plan for the City of Oak Creek dated September 2007
