A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2006 FINANCIAL STATEMENT

AND AUDITORS’ REPORT AS PREPARED AND PRESENTED

BY VIRCHOW, KRAUSE & COMPANY, LLP

WHEREAS, the City of Oak Creek has an annual audit performed in accordance with State Statutes; and

WHEREAS, the City had engaged the services of the accounting firm of Virchow, Krause & Company, LLP to conduct the audit of the 2006 fiscal year; and

WHEREAS, representatives of Virchow, Krause & Company, LLP presented the 2006 Financial Statement and Auditors’ Report to a Common Council meeting held on Tuesday, July 17, 2007  and

WHEREAS, the Common Council finds the statement and report to be acceptable and complete.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Oak Creek accepts the 2006 Financial Statement and Auditors’ Report as prepared and presented by Virchow, Krause & Company, LLP.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek this 17^th day of July, 2007.

Passed and adopted this 17^th day of July, 2007.
