Background:  The ad hoc Committee on City Facility Space Needs made a presentation to the Council on 4/17/07.  At that meeting, the Council approved creation of a Civic Center Design Steering Committee to further study and make recommendations regarding design of the new buildings and site design considerations for the Oak Creek Civic Center.  Additionally, the Council approved creation of a Library Foundation.

 

Some members of the Civic Center Design Steering Committee are those who served on the initial ad hoc committee or as part of the Technical Review Advisory Board (City staff), plus two new members, Sig Tomkalski and Sam Lenda whose applications are attached to this report.
