A RESOLUTION OF DETERMINATION TO PLACE

ALL PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

INSURANCE WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROPERTY

INSURANCE FUND (LGPIF)

RESOLVED, that from and after the 5^th day of June, 2007, the buildings and other property belonging to the City of Oak Creek be insured in the Local Government Property Insurance Fund (LGPIF) under Chapter 605, Wis. Stats., and amendments thereto.

The City Clerk of the City of Oak Creek is hereby directed to carry out the provisions of this resolution.

Presented at a regular meeting of the Common Council this 5^th day of June, 2007.
