Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10749-041707, vacating the W. Lois Ln. right-of-way in the City of Oak Creek (6^th District).

Background:  This resolution was introduced at the 4/17/07 Council meeting and held to 6/5/07 for a public hearing, as required under Wisconsin State Statutes.  Attached is the council report and background information from the 4/17/07 meeting relating to this matter.

Fiscal Impact:  This vacation will return the right-of-way to private ownership, which will allow for the development of these properties, which are also part of TIF No. 7.
