NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
- PURPOSE:
- The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to repeal Section 17.0706(j), portable signs.

- Proposal:
- This repeal would combine portable signs regulations with temporary sign regulations in Section 17.0709.
This proposal is a correction to Ordinance 2453, which stated Section 17.0705(j) to be repealed as it relates to portable signs. This section of code does not exist. The correct section is 17.0706(j). The result of repealing section 17.0706(j) will combine portable and temporary sign regulations.
The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for June 19, 2007 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
