RECOMMENDATION:  That the Common Council consider a motion to take the architecture treatment for the public works facility to the Planning Commission for review and approval (Project No. 06027) (2^nd Aldermanic District).

BACKGROUND:  Angus-Young Associates, Inc. has completed the schematic design phase and has moved onto the detail design phase of the project.  Angus-Young and staff have been working together during these phases towards an exterior architecture treatment and are bringing their collaborative efforts forward in a short presentation.
