Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10773-061907 approving an affidavit of correction for Certified Survey Map 7200 (Chateau II Condominiums).

Background: The applicant is requesting approval of an affidavit of correction for Certified Survey Map 7200 which is part of the Chateau II Condominiums located near S. 27^th Street & W. Honadel Boulevard.  This affidavit of correction will correct some errors in the recorded easements on this property.  This affidavit of correction will not physically alter the lot, just correct some mistakes the surveyors made in describing the easement locations. 

The Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommended its approval.

Fiscal Impact:  There is no fiscal impact associated with this affidavit of correction.
