Recommendation:  The License Committee met on 6/12/07.  Minutes are attached and recommendations are being made as follows:

 

2.         Grant a Special Class B Beer license:

            South Milwaukee Amateur Radio Club for one day only, 7/7/07, at Legion Post 434, 9327 S. Shepard Ave. 

 

3.         Deny an Operator’s license for being a habitual offender:

            Brianne Marie Ireland, 3729 E. Birchwood Ave., Cudahy (Applebee’s)

 

4.         Grant the requests to sell ice cream for Klondike Distributors:

            Patrick C. Schaefer, 414 E. Lyon St., Milwaukee

            Louis J. Malinski, 1211 Lambeth Rd., #3, Waukesha, subject to receipt of an explanation for failure to list his convictions. 

 

5.         Deny the request to sell communication services for D & E Cable, LLC (a subcontractor for Time Warner Cable) for being a habitual offender and falsifying his application:
