A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION COUNCIL’S (ICC) APPOINTMENT OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR

PATRICK DEGRAVE TO THE LAKEFRONT DEVELOPMENT

ADVISORY COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Intergovernmental Cooperation Council voted unanimously to appoint Oak Creek City Administrator Patrick DeGrave to be their South Side representative on the Lakefront Development Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, City Administrator DeGrave accepted their appointment contingent upon affirmation from the Oak Creek Common Council; and

WHEREAS, the City of Oak Creek can benefit from city representation on the Lakefront Development Advisory Commission while in their pursuit of redevelopment of the city lakefront.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek hereby affirmed the ICC appointment of City Administrator Patrick DeGrave to the Lakefront Development Advisory Commission.

Introduced at a special meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 29^th day of May, 2007.
